Born in Kanagawa, Japan, Hiroshi graduated from Tama Art College with a degree in Graphic Design. In 1990 he went to study at the Accademia Di Brella in Milan and focused on fine art and sculpture. He began focusing on illustration while studying in Italy. His first project was a t-shirt design for a night club in Milan. Hiroshi Tanabe’s unique and vibrant illustrations mirror the graphic line work of traditional Japanese woodcuts. Charlie Welch

Born in California and raised in Maine, Charlie Welch moved to New York after studying photography at Otis Art Institute in Los Angeles. After initially working as a photographer’s assistant, Charlie moved on to visual display, working on projects for Barneys New York, Bergdorf Goodman, Fendi and Ralph Lauren. Charlie transitioned into prop styling and set design where his work has appeared in magazines such as  New York Times T Magazine, W, Italian Vogue, Teen Vogue, L’Uomo Vogue  and  Harper's Bazaar . Charlie’s impressive list of photographers includes Raymond Meier, Miles Aldridge, Txema Yeste, Patrick Demarchelier, Richard Burbridge, Craig McDean, Paolo Roversi and Yelena Yemchuk. His eye for prop styling and set design can be seen in international advertising campaigns by Louis Vuitton, Jil Sander, Cover Girl, Cacharel, Nicole Miller and Vera Wang. Charlie Welch currently resides in New York.

My name is  Erika Iris Simmons and I like to take things- random things- like what you would find at a garage sale or in a thrift store- and make them into composite art. Most of my pieces become portraits of people associated with the item I’ve chosen. I don’t really add any paint or pigments… I usually just take things apart and re-arrange them in weird ways, cutting away pieces when necessary. A lot of my art is made with cassette tapes and old film reels in a series I call “Ghost in the Machine.” “The Ghost in the Machine” series was inspired by some strange ideas. How at one level we are cellular beings and another we are a single “self.” The single cassette tape I thought of as representing the mind. The tape ribbon represents our thoughts, the data within. Taking that data – those bits of memory – and rearranging them to form what we see as a face is my way of finding a “ghost in the machine.” I also liked the fac
