A carpet made of watches by Heidi Voet

Image
3,000 ~ 4,000 digital watches assembled and form a large carpet by Heidi Voet. This idea is similar to Temporary Contemporary Carpets. But one thing is definitely different: Those watches will beep simultaneously every hour!

A Short History of the GIF

Image
Watch those cute vivid colours! Absolutely love this little anime! Maybe because one of my childhood memories of Pingu. Btw, who can't love looping?

Pencil Drawings by Anton Vill.

Anton Vill

Yaël Naïm - Toxic

Image
Yaël Naïm 2007 single - Toxic.

Love those paintings by Michael Carson. See more his work here.

"Car Poolers" by Alejandro Cartagena

Image
Photos took in Mexico by Alejandro Cartagena. The word "Pooler" kinda like "sharer" or "partaker."

“Tokyo Compression” by Michael Wolf

Image
If you take MRT in rush hours a lots, you'll definitely know how crowded it is in each carriage. Michael Wolf caught those moments in Japan.

The Light Bulb Conspiracy: Planned Obsolescence

Image
Ever wonder why newer products don't seem to last very long...? Why were older products so durable and long lasting compared to the junk we're sold these days? Are you tired of things falling apart and breaking down on you? Would you like to know why this is happening? Have a look at this documentary. (via: Underground Documentaries)

Pin and Thread Illustrations by Debbie Smyth

Image
Those works made by artist Debbie Smyth, UK. Get closer! it's not a project drawing, Debbie combined lots pins and threads together so well! Looks like illustration or embroidery... Preciously, it's an art installation.
